Fast-action
Cascade™ repair clamps
eliminate the need for costly pipe replacement and repairs. Simply
open the clamp, wrap it around the leak, engage locking washer plate
and tighten.
All gaskets fitted to Cascade's
repair clamps are custom-sized to fit the specific ranges of pipe
diameters, eliminating the need for joining gaskets.
Produced in a gridded design with tapered ends to ensure optimum
sealing efficiency, all gaskets have armour plates that are vulcanised
into the rubber at the moulding stage - they fit perfectly and cannot
be dislodged. |

Full
Circle, Single Band Repair Clamps (CR1)
Suitable
for pipes from 2" through to 12", Cascade
CR1-type repair clamps can be supplied in various lengths
to suit your needs. The armour plate's span allows you an
outside diameter operating range of up to lOmm.
A standard range is always available and we can manufacture
clamps to fit non-standard pipe OD's at very short notice.

Full
Circle, Double-Band repair Clamps (CR2)
Cascade
CR2-type repair clamps offer you double the flexibility in
operating OD ranges, and are capable of withstanding higher
pressures.
Double Band repair clamps are available on request and can
be despatched at short notice.

Circle Multi-band Repair Clamps (CR3 or more)
Cascade
multi-band repair clamps are made up on request to suit your
specific requirements. Used mainly on larger diameter pipes,
they offer the greatest flexibility in operating OD ranges.

Tapped
Repair Clamps (CTR)
Manufactured
on request, Single, Double and Multi-band tapped repair clamps
provide the same quick-and-easy Cascade
fitting qualities. They are extremely useful for repairing
broken and damaged pipe at service connections or branch lines,
restoring the connection at the same time. Also efficient
in cases where pipes are prone to circumferential cracking,
as they provide full circumference sealing.

Flanged
Offtakes (CFO)
Made
in Single, Double and Multi-band options to suit customers'
requirements. Flanged offtakes provide a full circumference
seal around the pipe, while at the same time providing a reinforcing
effect to the pipe. Flanged offtakes are manufactured on request
and customers need to specify pipe OD, diameter of offtake
and flange specification.

Service
Saddles (CSS)
The
flexible stainless steel band allows for easy filling while
wrapping fully around the pipe, providing support and stability
- eliminating the "crushing effect" of more rigid
products. The band is recessed to correctly position the "O"
ring gasket and provide maximum sealing.
Recommended for PVC pipe and manufactured to suit pipe sizes
up to 12", Cascade
service saddles can be fitted with 1/2" through to 2"
diameter sockets.

Fast/Half
Clamps (Code CFC)
Used
for repairing pin-hole breaks in smaller diameter pipes, they
provide a quick, easy and cost-effective solution for this
type of break. Cascade fast/half clamps are available in sizes
to suit galvanised pipe from 1/2 " to 8 ".
To install a Cascade
fast/half clamp, simply unhitch the bolt-head, spread lugs
open, snap into position over the leak and tighten - your
leak-repair is complete
Standard lengths always in stock are 75mm and 150mm.

Junior
Couplings (Code CFW)
Cascade
junior couplings provide a quick, easy and cost-effective
solution for repairing larger breaks in smaller diameter pipes,
by providing a full circumference seal around the pipe. Available
in sizes to suit galvanised and
copper pipe from 1/2" to 11/2".
To install: Unhitch bolt-head, slide gasket out and wrap around
leak. Spread lugs open, snap into position over the gasket,
tighten- making sure that the armour plate's centering nipples
are positioned between the clamp's ends -and your repair is
complete.
Standard lengths always in stock are 75mm and 150mm.

- Carbon
steel nuts, bolts and washers - zinc yellow plated

gasket - natural rubber (Buna N available on request) with gridded
design for maximum sealing effect.
- CFW
gasket - Buna N with gridded design and vulcanised armour for
maximum sealing effect
