Couplings

Wide range couplings suitable for joining pipes with the same nominal diameter – which have the same or different OD’s.
Cast in ductile iron Grade 420/12 to BS 2789:1985.
PE coated to:
- provide maximum corrosion protection
- prevent chipping or gouging of the coating
Rubber seals are approved for potable water and are certified to “WRAS/BS6920”.
Large diameter bolts manufactured to BS970:1991 Grade 070-M20 and PE coated, ensure greater torque for easier fitting and sealing.

Galvanised Socketed Clamp (Tees)

Precision cast in malleable cast iron to BS6681 B32-10 enabling easy fitting.
These fittings allow you to make quick & easy “tee-offs” on small diameter pipes.
Galvanised to provide protection against corrosion.
NBR rubber to ISO 4658-1990, BS2751-1990.

For use in joining pipes within a range OD’s to flanges

Brass Gate Valves

Cast brass fullway gate valves. Non-rising spindle & guided wedge.
Suitable for steam. Working pressure to
16 kpa (non shock).
Mainly used for isolating purposes. Can be used on geysers, tanks, boilers, etc.

Stepped Couplings

Wide range couplings suitable for joining different nominal diameters (i.e. 3” to 4”, 4” to 6”)
Cast in ductile iron Grade 420/12 to BS 2789:1985.
PE coated to:
- provide maximum corrosion protection
- prevent chipping or gouging of the coating
Rubber seals are approved for potable water and are certified to “WRAS/BS6920”.

Brass Ball Valves

Fullway ball valve rough brass. Plastic coated handle – PBS parallel threads.
Can be used on geysers, tanks, boilers, etc.

Galvanised Compression Couplings

Precision cast in malleable cast iron to BS6681 B32-10 enabling easy fitting.
The prominent “centre-hex” affords a secure grip of the fitting to be made, allowing the end caps to be tightened with ease.
The couplings are galvanised to provide protection against corrosion
NBR rubber to ISO 4658-1990, BS2751-1990.

Braided Connector/Flexible Hose

Approved to SABS no 1808-5:2001 (Report no. 7222/wh012)
Stainless Steel outer with brass nut, suitable to 100 deg C and 16 Bar working pressure.
Can be used in place of copper connectors and are available in 350mm and 450mm lengths.
