Cascade™ has been distributing Stainless Steel Pipe Repair Clamps and related fittings since 1984, with full manufacturing capability being introduced in 1986. We understood immediately that the supply of high quality products alone would not provide complete customer satisfaction. It needed to be coupled with a first rate service to accommodate the emergency nature of customers' requirements. Our success has been the result of addressing these key customer requirements and we have built up and maintained an enviable reputation in the market place since then.

QUALITY AND SERVICE - OUR COMMITMENT

To ensure the continued adherence to the high standards that the company has attained, our management and staff are committed to maintaining our performance goals, which are:-

• AVAILABILITY. Cascade holds substantial stocks of raw materials, work in progress and finished goods, to ensure immediate product availability.
• SAME-DAY POLICY. Our goal is to despach orders on the day they are recieved and we have a proven record of despaching at least 90% of orders on the same day.
• SPECIAL-REQUEST RESPONSE. Orders for emergency items and non-stock items are generally despatched within the framework of the same-day policy - most often within a few hours.
• QUALITY. As an ISO 9002 accredited company, Cascade is totally committed to quality. We continually strive to improve the quality of our products and, in line with current world trends, only use high quality stainless steel in their manufacture.

While we prefer to remain cautious in our claims, we are certainly proud of what we have achieved.  Since inception, Cascade has developed into Southern Africa's foremost manufacturer and distributor of Stainless Steel Pipe Repair Clamps. We have also successfully penetrated the UK, Middle Eastern, Far Eastern and Australian markets. Our growth and reputation are indicative of our commitment to our performance goals.

We relocated to our existing factory and head office in 1987. Our highly skilled staff, assisted by specialised machinery and tooling, ensures that our record of quality and service is adhered to and maintained. In addition, high levels of stocks at all stages of production are always on hand.
